SYNC Performance - Mt. Hood Summer Ski Camp

June 6th - 17th 2024

Join us for our inaugural summer camp and train alongside SYNC Athletes while receiving top level coaching for ten days in June.

COST:
The price for the camp is $3,950 and will include everything except for transportation to Mt. Hood. Once your registration has been confirmed you will be billed directly via email.

ACCOMMODATION:
Athletes will be provided accommodation in the Collins Lake Resort.

TRAVEL:
Athletes are required to organize their own travel to and from Mt. Hood and should arrive June 6th and depart on June 17th. Pickups and drop-offs will be available at Portland International Airport on the arrival and departure dates. (Athletes should arrive between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. if they'd like to utilize the shuttle)

ON-SNOW:
Athletes will be on snow between June 7th and the 16th with one rest day on the 12th. Athletes will participate in Drill Progressions, Full-Length Slalom and Giant Slalom training on priority lanes.

DRYLAND:
Each day, athletes will participate in dryland activities that include games, agility, recovery, and more. A day-off activity on June 12th is included in the base price.

COACHING:
Head Coach: Conor Lynch - Head coach at HART Alaska, Conor earned a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and is a Level 300 certified coach through US Ski and Snowboard.

Assistant Coach: Sean Rieger - Member of SkiClub Salzburg and Ski Race Academy Leitner, Sean brings his knowledge from the Austrian system and excels at teaching the skills he's learned to the next generation

Assistant Coach: John DeHaven - Program Director/Coach at HART Alaska, John is enthusiastic about supporting talented athletes and families under the SYNC banner

Assistant Coach: Alex Leever - Former World Cup skier, member of the 2021 World Championships Team, 3x NCAA National Champion with the University of Denver

NUTRITION:
Athletes will be given complimentary access to a wide-array of performance-enhancing nutrition. This includes hydration, on-hill snacks, and post-skiing recovery. Additionally, athletes will be educated on the role nutrition plays in sport by experts in the field, and given resources to continue utilizing this knowledge when they return home.
