How do I view my order status?

If you haven’t received an email or if the information is not in your account, please reach out to us here.
     

How can I track an order I have placed?
 

  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with tracking information. If you have not received an email within 48 business hours of making your purchase, please log in to your SYNC account to check the status or contact us here and we’ll be happy to help!
     

Can I cancel an order?
 

  • Once you click that "order" button the gears are set in motion to get your package out our door and to yours as quickly as possible. This means that unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders.
