The SYNC Performance Independent Athletes is a collection of athletes skiing independently of a national team. For the 2023/2024 season, SYNC has partnered with 5 top-level athletes that will be competing on the world stage at World Cups, Europa Cups, and NorAms.
STEFANIE FLECKENSTEIN
Stef is a 26 years old from Whistler, Canada and has been apart of the SYNC Family since 2021. Stef is an Independent racer but has notably skied for the Canadian Team and University of Colorado Boulder.
JIMMY KRUPKA
Jimmy is a 25 year old from Waitsfield, Vermont and this is his first year being apart of the SYNC Family. Jimmy races for World Racing Academy but has notably skied for the U.S. Ski Team and Dartmouth College.
GALENA WARDLE
Galena is a 25 year old from Aspen, Colorado and this is her first year being apart of the SYNC Family. Galena races for Ladies International Team (LIT) but has notably skied for the U.S. Ski Team and University of Denver.
SIMON Fournier
Simon is a 26 year old from Montreal, Canada and this is his first year being apart of the SYNC Family. Simon races for but has notably skied for the Canadian Ski Team and University of Denver.
ELERI SMART
Eleri is a 22 year old from Invermere, Canada and this is her first year being apart of the SYNC Family. Eleri races for but has notably skied for University of Denver.
