The SYNC Junior Team is a collection of up and coming athletes who compete for teams and clubs across the country. For the 2023/2024 season, the SYNC Junior Team consists of 12 athletes ages 15 to 19 years who will represent SYNC and our partners, SHRED, Mountain Flow Eco-Wax, The Feed, and Dr. Jim Taylor all season long.
SIERRA COE
Sierra is a 17 years from Canmore, Canada and skis for Burke Mountain Academy. Sierra hopes to inspire the younger generations in the sport, while working towards her goal of representing Canada on the World Cup Circuit. For the 2023/2024 season, Sierra's goals are to compete at the Youth Olympics and improve her NorAm standing.
CARSON HUME
Carson is an 18 year old from Frisco, Colorado and skis for Ski and Snowboard Club Vail. Carson deferred his acceptance to University of Denver and his goals for the 2023/2024 season are to qualify for the FIS Alpine Junior World Ski Championships and for the U.S. Ski Team.
PAIGE DEHART
Paige is an 18 year old from Sun Valley, Idaho and skis for Apex 2100. Paige's goals for the 2023/2024 season are to make a name for herself at European races, to gain confidence in races, and to place top 10 at U.S. Nationals.
WILLIAM STEED
William is a 17 year old from Spruce Grove, Canada and skis for Burke Mountain Academy. Williams goals for the 2023/2024 season are to be ranked within the top 30 in the tech disciplines in the NorAm standings and compete for Canada at World Juniors.
SOLVEIG MORITZ
Solveig is a 15 year old from Edwards, Colorado and skis for Ski and Snowboard Club Vail. Solveig's goals for the 2023/2024 season are to compete against her older sisters at NorAms and University races and to compete overseas in Europe.
DOMINICK DEGUARDIA
Dominick is a 17 year old from Turin, New York and skis for West Mountain Racing. Dominick's goals for the 2023/2024 season are place in the top 3 for Juniors at NorAms, improve his FIS world ranking, and to regain full confidence after his knee injury.
AUDREY CROWLEY
Audrey is a 16 year old from Edwards, Colorado and skis for Ski and Snowboard Club Vail and is on the U.S. Para Alpine B-Team. Audrey's goals for the 2023/2024 season are to learn how to mentally prepare for race day and trust the things she has been working on in training.
GUNNAR GUILBERT
Gunnar is a 16 year old from Campton, New Hampshire and skis for Waterville Valley Academy. Gunnar's goals for the 2023/2024 season is to be ranked in the top 15 in the world for 2007 birth years and be a competitor on the NorAm circuit.
LOGAN GROSDIDIER
Logan is a 15 year old from Wenatchee, Washington and skis for Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club. Logan's goals for the 2023/2024 season are to qualify for the OPA Cup and U16 Nationals.
HUNTER ROACH
Hunter is an 19 year old from Vail, Colorado and skis for Ski and Snowboard Club Vail. Hunter's goals for the 2023/2024 season are to be a competitor on the NorAm circuit and represent the U.S. on the world stage.
FINN BOISSONNEAULT
Finn is an 18 year old from Franconia, New Hampshire and skis for Holderness School. Finn's goals for the 2023/2024 season is to lower her points and earn more FIS podiums.
JACKSON LEEVER
Jackson is a 15 year old from Vail, Colorado and skis for Ski and Snowboard Club Vail. Jackson's goal for the 2023/2024 season is to be the top ranked U16 athlete at U16 Nationals.
