Men's Stretch Puffy - Desert Red

    Sync Performance Stretch Puffy Jacket

The Stretch Puffy, SYNC’s category busting insulated puffy jacket brings to the hill what the ski world needs a little bit more of these days. High performance alpine skiing specific apparel. It’s a head turner of a jacket for the skier that wants a high performance puffy that they can use as a ski jacket, but also use just as a versatile warm puffy for kicking around in and once again it looks good, but that’s never been our goal…. It just kind of happens.

    Technical Performance

We designed these jackets with a durable, water resistant outer shell that is resistant to tearing on the nail sticking out or random tree branch. We used a synthetic insulation because it keeps warming even when it’s wet and because it keeps the profile lower for when we are moving through our turns. Finally we added some reinforcement in high wear areas for when we are carrying skis on our shoulders and/or boot bags.

The material we use on this jacket is the same that vehicle airbags are made of. So it’s puncture resistant and extremely waterproof before we even apply the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating. We use a premium dye on the fabric to it that lasts 10x longer under UV testing than the typical die consciously overbuilding the product so it lasts longer because once your fabric fades, it is no longer performing.,/p>

    Designed for Alpine Skiers

We wear these jackets a lot. Before and after training, during training, on dog walks, walking through the village our way out to dinner, and on those bluebird days on the ski hill when comfort and beating your buddies to the bottom is the primary job at hand. We use these when we’re riding chairlifts and skiing fast, so durability, warmth, and an athletic fit combined with stretch that lets us move, that lets us lay way over as we rail into the turn is was the first criteria, and then versatility was number two.,/p>

    Why SYNC Performance

High-performance design based on input from the hardest working athletes, coupled with the best materials we can find. It’s our secret recipe for quality. We work with the leading textile manufacturers and bring their innovations to our athletes to develop apparel solutions that enable them to focus less on what they are wearing and more on what they are doing. There are no shortcuts to winning on race day, you have to do the work up to that day, and we believe the same about the apparel we make. Try out SYNC Performance and discover why more and more of the best alpine skiers are making SYNC Performance their apparel brand of choice.

    Killer jacket.
Only complaint is that I’m 6 foot 52 and 230 pounds and. large is very difficult to get into. Hopefully you’ll consider extra large In the near future.
Thoughts if you really want to trick this or pimp this out:
Small RFID pocket on the left arm below the elbow for easy swiping, non-snag pocket for off piste, (phone in chest pocket too close to the RFID)
    Pit zips
    Waist and hood elastic closures.
More visible logo on black jacket
I am sure you’ve done the research on these things but I’d be willing to pay more to have those incorporated into the jacket
Of all the concerns, larger size and RFID pocket would be key

    Appreciate your concerns, TSC

By far one of the best jackets I've ever purchased. Feels great on you and doesn't feel like it impedes your movements. Great jacket for freeskiing, training, or just for day to day use. It's lightweight, warm and waterproof enough for anything but the heaviest rainy days.

Ultra snug sleeves. Only for twig arms.

The sleeves are ridiculously snug. I can fit only skin tight layers underneath. If I have my padded race suit under I can barely pull the sleeves on. Disappointed because I purchased an XL last year that was too big. Now this wouldn’t fit anyone well unless you zero muscle in your arms.

    very nice jacket

great jacket, warmer than I thought it would be. perfect for your average winter day.

    Perfect Spring Skiing Jacket

Wore this jacket for a week of skiing at Breck and it was perfect. It was light and warm enough keeping the wind out. Great fit and comfortable.

    Awesome jacket!

Jacket is very high quality, best down jacket I've ever owned - almost too cozy!

    Super comfy sweats

I have 2 pair of these sweats and really love them. They are super soft. The fabric is quite warm and very comfortable. Great for active pursuits in cold weather. They do run a tad small in the waist, but otherwise fit true to size.

    Great product, comfortable and warm!

Just a little stretch goes a long way

These are great pants and well made. I think a more robust fabric than the ones from the insect company. The stretch is not super stretchy, but it certainly make them more comfortable. For little kids the way the zippers don’t come all the way apart makes it much easier for them to put them back on while still on the hill.
