The Women’s Session Short is a performance-oriented, durable training short built for everyday use. Featuring a high rise in the back for a better fit in the athletic position, stretch material, and our 3/4 Step-Through™ construction, these shorts make training at 6 AM comfortable. 

After years of athlete feedback, research, and development, women ski racers are no longer stuck with unisex-fitting race shorts.  Adding to all of the same levels of durability and performance as the original Session Short, but now solving for a precise fit.  

The new Women’s Session Short offers a shorter inseam, room in the hips, glutes, and thighs, and an improved waist adjustment feature for narrow waists and bigger athletic power muscles. This new women’s specific training short adds comfort and performance to every female racer’s kit to keep her charging all day!

The Women's Session Short Difference

LOVE the women's fit!

I had the training shorts from 2 years ago and am so excited Sync has a women specific fit now. No more bunching at the waist and they fit better in the hip area. Thank you Sync!!

Finally a short for Women!

Great shorts. Only issue was sizing- we originally sized based on the Sync chart and ordered a small. They arrived quickly but in no way matched the sizing table and were much too small- probably needed 2 inches more in the waist to get them to close. Nevertheless, the return/exchange process was incredibly smooth. The second pair in Medium apparently was shipped from Canada vs Colorado, and took an extra long time to arrive compared to the first.
Now that we have them, the shorts are awesome. Really well made. My daughter is super happy with fit and quality. Happy overall.
