Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12pm MST ship the same day - orders placed after will ship the following day. Orders placed on weekends will ship the next business day.

Orders placed over the Holidays may take an extra day due to a higher volume of orders.

Domestic (United States) Shipping:

Flat Rate Ground Shipping:

  • Must be USPS Deliverable
  • Most Ground Shipping orders will be delivered within 2 to 8 business days and will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on the delivery address provided.

USPS Priority Mail:

  • When selecting USPS Priority Mail, please note your order is not guaranteed to ship out the same day. 
  • In some cases, your order may arrive up to 3-5 business days after placing the order. 


UPS or FedEx Ground, 2-Day, and Next Day Delivery:

  • Rates are calculated and presented at checkout based on location, weight, and size.
  • In-stock orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time will ship the same day. (i.e. If you place your order on Monday before 12:00 p.m. MST your next day delivery will arrive Tuesday and 2-day delivery will arrive on Wednesday.)
  • Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. MST will ship the next business day. 

Canadian Shipping:

SYNC offers duty free purchasing on all Canadian orders and free shipping over $150 for Canadian customers.

International Shipping:

SYNC Performance proudly ships worldwide through Shopify’s Managed Markets. This allows us to offer transparent pricing, reliable delivery, and a smooth checkout experience no matter where you are.

How It Works

  • Currency & Duties: At checkout, you’ll see prices in your local currency. Duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated upfront so there are no surprises on delivery.
  • Shipping Options: Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout and vary by country.

Delivery Times:

  • International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Important Notes

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, international shipments may be subject to delays outside of our control (such as customs clearance).
  • Some countries have restrictions on certain product types — if we can’t ship an item to your location, it will be flagged at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details to ensure smooth delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

  • International returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Duties and taxes collected at checkout are non-refundable.


Quick and Easy Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with anything you order from us, return it in new, unused condition with all tags attached within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the item(s) on the original order.

All closeout/outlet/sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
