2x Olympian, World Championship Medalist, and American legend Doug Lewis from ELITEAM is here to help you dial in your tuck this summer with the Dryland Tuck Routine. Everyone at Sync is extremely excited to be working with Doug as a part of our new partnership with ELITEAM, you can check out the team store through the link below.

In this video, Doug goes over the fundamentals of a good tuck and then runs through five new tuck exercises. These five tuck variations can be used as a circuit to supercharge your legs this summer.

  • Tuck Jumps x 10
  • Tuck Hold (30 seconds)
  • Forward Tuck Jumps x 10
  • Backward Tuck Walk (30 seconds)
  • Single-Leg Tuck (15 seconds per leg)
We recommend lapping through these three times if you are looking for a good burn!
ELITEAM hosts camps and programs that build complete athletes by teaching the concepts of Sports Physiology, Sports Psychology, and Sports Nutrition. Dig Deep 2020 is ELITEAM's online training program that runs for 12 weeks this summer. Check out their website to learn more.

    No more bruises

Mandatory ski gates gear. Much more confidence now as I know that I'm not going to be black and blue after skiing gates. My only suggestion is that some kind of flap-over padding (possibly neoprene) be over the zipper. When it is all the way zipped up, at least on me, it digs into my neck a bit. If I unzip it a little so as not to dig into me, it inevitably unzips all the way down. I always wear a 2XL, this is super tight. It feels like a size down from what I'm normally used to. I would still recommend it. I've loved it. It is not only protective but also insulatory. You won't need that extra base layer when you're wearing this piece.

    Awesome Jacket

This jacket is one of my favorites. It's nice, light, and super warm all at the same time. I've recommended this jacket to other coaches and they simply love everything about. Everything from this company has been great and I'll always continue to let people know that!

    Almost great

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it.. well almost. She loves the jacket but the right sleeve is tighter than the left and gets pushed up on her speed suit and finds it aggravating. Maybe just the jacket she got, but disappointing.

    The greatest cut resistant pants!

The pants are worth your money. they are comfortable, great fit, and are made of great quality. I would definitely recommend these pants.
