At Home Dryland: Tuck Routine with Olympian Doug Lewis

2x Olympian, World Championship Medalist, and American legend Doug Lewis from ELITEAM is here to help you dial in your tuck this summer with the Dryland Tuck Routine. In this video, Doug goes over the fundamentals of a good tuck and then runs through five new tuck exercises. These five tuck variations can be used as a circuit to supercharge your legs this summer. 

  • Tuck Jumps x 10
  • Tuck Hold (30 seconds)
  • Forward Tuck Jumps x 10
  • Backward Tuck Walk (30 seconds)
  • Single-Leg Tuck (15 seconds per leg)
We recommend lapping through these three times if you are looking for a good burn!
