MEET The 2025/26 SYNC Team

We're thrilled to announce the 2025/2026 SYNC Team, a standout group of 15 top-tier ski racers from clubs and teams across the country. This year’s roster blends returning veterans with exciting new talent, all ready to push boundaries, embrace challenges, and elevate the sport.

The SYNC Team represents some of the most promising ski racers in the U.S., ranging in age from 15 to 19. These athletes will proudly represent SYNC Performance and our partners throughout the competitive season.

Created to foster community within ski racing, SYNC provides this team with mentorship, performance gear and apparel, and a supportive team environment for the sport’s next generation. SYNC Team members not only showcase exceptional skill on the hill but also embody the drive, resilience, and camaraderie that define ski racing at its best.

“The SYNC Team is about more than fast skiing, it’s about building connections, sharing knowledge, and helping athletes take their skiing careers to the next level,” said Tucker Marshall, Senior Digital Content Manager & Athlete Coordinator. “We can’t wait to see what this incredible group achieves this season.”

ABBY OLSON — 2007

I recently graduated and am taking a gap year to ski with Burke Mountain Academy in Europe. I’m from Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and hope to qualify for World Juniors while improving the technical and tactical parts of my skiing. Joining the SYNC Team gives me the chance to meet new people and be part of an amazing community.

Caedon Manseau - 2008

I grew up skiing at Franconia Ski Club before moving to Mount Mansfield Academy. I’m focused on competing on the NorAm circuit and lowering my FIS points. Representing the SYNC Team is exciting because it connects me with athletes from across the country and with my favorite brand.

Audrey Crowley — 2008

I’m a third-year FIS athlete with Ski & Snowboard Club Vail from Eagle, Colorado. This season I’m taking a gap year to focus on skiing and work toward the Milan-Cortina Paralympics in March. I’m thrilled to be back on the SYNC Team because it supports athletes on and off the hill.

Caiyu DeMaggio — 2008

Heading into my second year of FIS racing with Bretton Woods, I’m ready for new challenges. I’m from Sugar Hill, New Hampshire, and this is also my second year on the SYNC Team. Representing SYNC is an incredible opportunity to grow as an athlete and be part of a top program.

CREE GILMOUR — 2010

I’m from Park City, Utah, skiing for Rowmark Ski Academy. I’m passionate about skiing and bringing that same energy to the people around me - whether it’s sharing this joy, chasing goals, or just supporting my team after a tough day. My favorite aspect of a team is pushing each other to our limits, every, single day. This season, I’m locking in, and focusing on something that’s looked over a lot: my mindset. Being mentally tough takes work - just like hitting the gym, you’ve got to train for it. I'm super excited to be part of the SYNC Team and really appreciate the support, gear, and movtivation this team brings. It makes a big difference and I'm so proud to represent SYNC this season.

Elena Deda — 2009

Originally from Greece, I now race with the Windermere Valley Ski Club in Panorama, British Columbia. This season my goals are to compete at the NorAm level, ski fast, and most importantly, have fun. Being part of the SYNC Team makes me even more motivated for the year ahead.

Dominick DeGuardia — 2006

Lowering my FIS points and finding success on the NorAm circuit are my goals for this season. I’m from Turin, New York, and race with West Mountain Racing. Being part of the SYNC Team is motivating because of the tight-knit and supportive community it offers.

Katharina Cosby — 2008

I ski for Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club in Colorado. My focus this season is to keep developing my skills and qualify for World Juniors. This is my second year on the SYNC Team, and I’m excited to keep working with such a supportive brand.

Finlay German — 2008

Finslaaay. Skiing at Mont-Tremblant shaped my early years, and now I’m in my second season at GMVS. I’m from Ottawa, Ontario, and want to build on last year’s momentum by getting stronger, faster, and learning from every race. I am super excited to be named to the SYNC team again for this coming season for the support and connection that SYNC gives all their athletes and the incredible opportunity to improve and succeed with the brand. I’m really looking forward to represent SYNC for another year!

Katie Rowekamp — 2009

I’m from Girdwood, Alaska, and starting my first year of FIS with Burke Mountain Academy. I’m looking forward to meeting new people, making connections, and creating lasting memories. Being on the SYNC Team makes skiing even more rewarding.

Gunnar Guilbert — 2007

I ski for Waterville Valley Academy in New Hampshire. My goals for this season are to lower my FIS points and consistently score on the NorAm circuit. I’m excited to be part of the SYNC Team again and its strong, supportive community.

Roxy Coatsworth — 2007

This year I’ll be skiing both Ski Cross and Alpine while aiming to improve my points and grow my confidence. I’m from Golden, BC, and train out of Lake Louise with the Black Dogs. Returning to the SYNC Team is exciting because the community always pushes me to do my best.

Jackson Leever — 2007

After missing most of last season with an injury, I’m feeling strong and ready to charge. I ski with Ski & Snowboard Club Vail and have used SYNC gear since the brand was founded. Their products give me confidence, and I’m proud to represent the SYNC Team this year.

Solveig Moritz — 2008

I’m heading into my third year of FIS with Ski & Snowboard Club Vail and am from Vail, Colorado. This season I want to ski more consistently on training and race days and gain more international experience. Being part of the SYNC Team again is exciting, and I love the supportive community it provides.

Kieran Hildreth — 2010

I spend my summers surfing and skateboarding in Montauk, New York, but winter is all about skiing at Burke Mountain Academy. My goal this year is to work hard, stay positive, and have fun on the hill. Joining the SYNC Team gives me the chance to learn from top FIS athletes and grow as a racer.
