VAIL, Colo.—September 24th, 2021—SYNC Performance, provider of technical apparel, protective ski race equipment, and travel bags based in Vail, Colorado, announces today the athletes receiving $50,000 in grants to help fill the funding gap for ski racing in the United States.

For the third year, SYNC has selected 32 deserving athletes to receive $50,000 in grants, supporting their dreams to pursue ski racing at the highest level and push towards their goals. These 32 athletes were selected by a committee based mainly on speed, financial need, quality of responses to questions, and their letter of recommendation.

After a thorough review, the athletes identified and selected best met the Fund's mission and would clearly benefit from the support of the SYNC Athlete Fund. Working directly with independent athletes to help them succeed has been an integral part of the SYNC brand since its inception and the products we produce today would not be possible without insight from top level athletes such as these.

Great group of athletes. I wish more companies would support ski racers, but it just shows none are as dedicated to ski racing as SYNC.
