To Our Loyal Customers And Community

As the impact of COVID-19 has increased around the world and here in the US, we felt it was important to connect and let you know what action SYNC Performance has taken. It's quite clear we're all in this together, and everything we have done is for the purpose of protecting the health of our employees and our customers, as well as our local, national and global communities. 

As of Monday, March 16th, we have temporarily closed our Vail, Colorado office and showroom. All employees are working remotely for the foreseeable future. In addition, we have suspended all domestic and international travel until further notice.

As a small business, it’s critically important we remain open for business at The SYNC Customer Experience team is fully operational remotely and available to help. Our distribution center is following CDC guidelines for cleanliness and transmission prevention and is currently operating at full capacity.

We have seen first hand the rapid spread in our mountain town county, closing our local ski resorts and shutting down nearly every local business. The threat to all of our communities is real and we're glad to see other businesses taking similar action to ensure social distance and halt the spread of this challenging virus. While we tackle what's in front of us, we hope we can all make room for some time outside, even if just for a moment, to connect with nature and look forward to adventures ahead.
