This week for the Summer Of Sweat, Stef Fleck takes us through a gruelling outdoor sled workout from her home base in Whistler, Canada. We included the full workout so you can try this one at home, but be warned this circuit might leave you feeling a little short of breath...  


Circuit 1: 4 sets 
VMO backwards walks 100m
10x med ball slams
side step sled pulls 100m
lunge walks 100m
med ball squat and throw
Circuit 2: 3 sets
50m sled sprint
50m regular sprint
5 banded broad jumps
5 regular broad jumps
10 med ball twist and throws
