Ella Spear

I'm 22 years old from Boothbay, Maine and I ski for Colby College. My goals for this season are to be an All American and place top 10 overall in the NorAm circuit. I have always loved the SYNC brand. Seeing such a high level and elite group of athletes on SYNC from a young age inspired and motivated me. I have used SYNC products for many years and am stoked to promote and work with a brand that I have had the opportunity to test and compete in countless times!

Sammi Trudeau

I was born in Toronto, Canada, and since then, I've experienced a dynamic lifestyle, moving back and forth between Colorado and Vermont. Throughout my journey, I've had the incredible opportunity to ski for Burke, GMVS, and Vail. And now, I'm stepping into my sophomore year at Dartmouth College. I'm hoping to make the most of my collegiate experience by actively competing for Dartmouth and participating in NorAms races whenever possible. Additionally, I aspire to overcome a technical challenge—mastering the art of not dropping my inside hand on my left footers. It may be a lofty dream. Joining the SYNC NCAA team offers a remarkable opportunity for me to build connections with fellow college athletes, cultivating a support system that extends beyond my immediate team. I love SYNC products and aligning myself with the NCAA team allows me to enhance brand awareness among a group of elite athletes.

Sophia Tozzi

I am from Jackson, WY, and I ski for Middlebury College (this is going to be my second year), and I am 19. I am super excited to be on the team again because SYNC has been so supportive the past few years, and it is a very fun brand to be apart of. Some goals for the season are to continuing working my way up and succeeding on the college circuit! Im looking forward to the season!

Gray Flanagan

I’m from West Burke, Vermont, born and raised. I attended Burke Mountain Academy and after graduation spent 2 years at Green Mountain Valley School. I am now going into my Sophomore year skiing for Saint Michaels College while studying engineering. This past season I made all American status in Giant Slalom and was named VARA collegiate skier of the year. My goal for this upcoming season is to utilize training time during the school year most effectively while also progressing my academics.I look forward to joining the SYNC NCAA Team and creating connections outside of my collegiate team, while using the best gear in skiing.

Luke Kearing

I am 21 years old and Ski for Harvard College. I am beyond excited to be representing Team Sync for the upcoming 2023–24 season! Some of my goals for this upcoming season are to qualify and compete at NCAA championships representing my college, along with continuing to train and compete at a high level in Downhill and Super-G.

Ryan Herhusky

I'm from Kings Beach, California and am 20 years old. I grew up skiing at Palisades Tahoe before moving to Sugar Bowl Academy for high school. I have spent the last two years in Vermont skiing for Green Mountain Valley School. I am very excited to return home to attend The University of Nevada Reno where I will be skiing for their recently brought back NCAA ski team. My goals for this season are to compete at the NCAA National Championships and help build a strong foundation for my young team. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to be a part of the SYNC NCAA Team. I have worn SYNC products throughout my whole youth skiing career so it is super special to represent SYNC at the NCAA level.
