SYNC TEAM
The SYNC Team brings together a select group of top junior athletes from across the country. Designed to foster community, mentorship, and performance growth, this team supports athletes who are pushing their limits and striving for excellence both on and off the hill.
SYNC Team athletes receive performance gear, mentorship opportunities, and access to a supportive team environment built around the future of ski racing.

SYNC ATHLETE AMBASSADOR TEAM
The Athlete Ambassador Team supports athletes competing at the NCAA, NorAm, and World Cup levels. This program brings together dedicated competitors who represent the sport through performance, professionalism, and community leadership.
Ambassadors receive gear support and a platform to share their journey while helping inspire the next generation of ski racers.

SYNC ATHLETE FUND
Administered by the TA Foundation, the SYNC Athlete Fund provides financial grants to athletes who demonstrate both competitive potential and financial need.
Grants help cover training, equipment, travel, and competition expenses, allowing athletes to continue pursuing their goals without financial barriers standing in the way.

SYNC JUNIOR SCHOLARSHIP
The SYNC Junior Scholarship celebrates U14 and under athletes who bring heart, dedication, and positivity to ski racing.
This program focuses on passion, effort, and love for the sport, not results. Scholarship recipients receive gear support and mentorship to keep growing within the ski racing community.
