SYNC Renews Partnership With VARA As Title Sponsor Of The Vermont Cup

VAIL, Colo. - December 19, 2020 - SYNC Performance, provider of technical apparel, protective ski race equipment, and travel bags based in Vail, Colo, announces today a renewed partnership with VARA, Vermont Alpine Racing Association, during the 2020/21 ski season. 

The SYNC Vermont Cup Series enters it's fourth season, and this year due to COVID Restrictions, the SYNC Vermont Cup will be more important than ever as it will be used as a qualifier for U-16 state quotas. The renewed partnership highlights the core values of both SYNC Performance and VARA, where they prioritize athlete development, strong programming, and high-quality performance. The SYNC Vermont Cup will again provide neckies to the winners of the races throughout the season and then overall prizes of SYNC Boot Packs at the end of the season. As we announce this continued partnership and get closer to the start of the season, it will be great to see Vermont continue to thrive with their outstanding youth programs and race development while having SYNC by their side. 

The Executive Director of VARA Julie Woodworth, a true Vermont skiing legend, stated that “VARA is so pleased to be working with SYNC Performance as the sponsor for the Vermont Cup Series, again this season. We are grateful for our partnership and the positive impact it has on our VARA athletes. We are looking forward to the start of the season and highlighting the achievements of our SYNC Vermont Cup Series competitors.” 

As we move towards the end of 2020, we are feeling optimistic about the opportunity to have races in Vermont this season.
