Women's Shelter Insulated Ski Parka

This is a great coat. I chose the green one and I absolutely love the color. It isn’t too bright and looks fabulous against the snowy backdrops of the slopes. It fits great and is comfy. I highly recommend.

I had never heard of this brand before but I was looking ( and looking and looking!!) for a stylish, flattering , comfortable and extremely warm ski jacket. I’m also quite petite so finding the perfect fit for me is always tough. Sync popped up in my search and it looked like everything I’d been searching for. Took a chance and bought a ski jacket that is absolutely PERFECT! Cant wait for the ski season to begin😀

Trim fit. Lots of features. So perfect I have two. Navy and black camo with matching ski pants. Highly recommend!!!! You can't go wrong. I get compliments every time I wear! LOVE! Great customer service, too.

Just got a chance to test this beauty out in very cold New England wind today. It was warm on the lift and allowed freedom of movement.

I am 5’4 and about 135lbs and got a Medium due to large chest (DD) and it fits great. I could have sized down to a Small, but I like to have room to stuff the internal pockets.

Sync customer service was very helpful too!

This Parka is great. I wasn’t sure about the fit. Kim was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions. I am 5”5” and 107 lbs. size small is a great fit.

Do NOT buy if you wanna stay dry. This coat may be warm but it lacks any ability to keep you dry. Wore it in the rain for ski team practice and it got drenched. My long underwear were even wet. There is an ineffective DWR and nothing else. Not sure what Sync was “thyncing”

The Shelter Parka is my absolute favorite ski jacket! It's a perfect fit for both comfort and warmth and looks great both on and off the mountain. The fur zips off, making it easy to wash. The pockets are super handy and the zippers are sleek and work well!

Wonderful jacket. Keeps you warm, dry and is perfect for cold days. Tons of pockets, and room for layering if you need it. I don't need many layers with this jacket. This is my 2nd one. I just couldn't resist getting another color when it went on sale.

But don’t wear in the rain.
Our daughter uses for ski team practice and she wore on a rainy day. Coat got soaked through.

I paid $599.00 a little over a month ago and now there $449.00 I want to send mine back since I never wore it yet and get my money back I so feel ripped off

I haven’t had a chance to try this jacket while skiing yet but have used it walking the dogs with windchills around 5 degrees. Very warm even with light shirt underneath. The fit is flattering and I love the green color I ordered- appears same as the photo. I would definitely recommend ordering this parka!

Beautiful and REALLY warm!

This jacket is beautiful and has a great fit. It is thick and substantial in weight, fitted nicely through the waist so it gives a nice shape, has lots of pockets, zippers appear to be heavy duty, and it's a nice color. Have not yet tested it skiing but I know it will hold up and be warm. I'm allergic to down, so the synthetic primaloft is great and hopefully the water resistance is very high. There are only 2 things I would change: maybe a tad more stretch in the shell fabric, and I really don't need the faux fur on the removable hood. This appears to be a serious skiers jacket. For reference I'm 5'8" and 130lbs but ordered a womens large so I could layer when needed and cinch up a bit when not. As a Northern Midwest skier we get a lot of wet and stormy days, with lots of racing, so hoping this holds up in the worst of it. Thanks SYNC!

I love almost every about this jacket...the boysenberry color, the fabric, the warmth, the fit... but not the outside front pockets. This jacket was recommended to me by my daughter who has several jackets by SYNC Performance. I purchased size XS. The first time I went to put something in my front pockets, I could not get my hand inside the zippered opening. My daughter has the same jacket, size M, and her pockets are perfectly normal. I measured my jacket's pocket as 3.75 inches. Most of my other outerwear, by other brands, have a pocket size of almost 6 inches. It's annoying, that I can't put my hands in my pockets, but decided to keep the jacket anyway.

I bought this at half price which is a relief. I wore it out on a 0 degree day and was slightly chilled on the chairlift (with double thermos under). It isn’t my warmest but it’s comfortable and I like the colour. I would add under cuffs-thumb loops wouldn’t hurt. I would add a pass pocket in the sleeve too. Nice jacket. I have lived without any doubt shorts, suit but this jacket? Only for warm weather skiers.

I recently bought this for my wife & she loves it. It is warm, highly functional, and super good looking. I think it's the best looking women's jacket on the hill & she continues to get compliments from strangers in lift line. Thank you Sync for making the best jacket ever!

I wore my shelter parka for the first time and it is SO WARM!! I love the fit of the jacket, it is very flattering and the size small fits perfect, I am 5'4, 118 pounds. I am looking forward to staying warm and dry in all conditions! I have found my new favorite jacket!

This is something you could wear on pluto an feel like you are in a sauna. Seriously.

I have worn this jacket skiing with different layers beneath. I love this jacket! It fits very well and is very warm. The velcro snaps do not always stay in place, so can create a gap between mittens and wrist. An inner layer that t wraps around thumb may be helpful. The hood can sometimes fly off at higher speeds despite pulling on the ties to fit around face, but overall a very nice jacket!
