Impact Padded Ski Racing Top

This now has the certified pedigree of winning the Jackson Hole Rum Cup, so you know its the real deal... 5' 11" 180 lbs. Size XL. Fits as it should.

My 14 year old son is 6’1 and 140lbs. I was torn between the XL and XXL. We ended up with the XXL. The pads are aligned in the right spots for his height but obviously the overall fit is loose through the chest and arms. We are relying on his speed suit to keep the pads in place until he fills out a bit.

I use this too verbs day in training and racing and it works great! The pads are sturdy and in the right spot.

My son has had a few of these over the years as sometimes they don’t come home from races. They fit well and are more comfortable than similar products so we keep buying this one.

Definitely agree with other reviews to size up if you’re a guy. Will feel pretty tight if you have a tight GS suit

I really love this, the pads are in the right spots and it's pretty comfortable, the only problem with it is that it is a men's fit for sure, but still good overall.

This really does the trick! Comfortable and protects well against hitting the gates. Use it often!

Bought this for our son. Fits well, but didn’t last more than two wears. The padded hexagons have all bunched together into a ball at one elbow making it unusable. The other arm held up just fine. Couldn’t reach anyone for customer service.

The padded top fit well, but it is still a down side that you need one when you have a sync skin suit, because the padding in the skinsuit is not good enough in my opinion for gs and sg

Fit perfectly and is super breathable and light weight. Runs a bit small but didn't have any problem besides that.

I really like this padded top. It takes some getting used to, but I am very happy with it. I don't hit the GS gates all the time but when I did I didn't feel a thing. I wound up wearing my backprotector under it which worked well. Suggestions for an even better product would be. Add some loops at the bottom front to secure it to a belt (like a backprotector belt) to avoid it riding up in the front. Extend the padding to the top of the shoulder to help pad your shoulders when carrying skis (for when you aren't wearing a backpack and having the packpack straps pad your shoulders).

Our son needed this for heavy contact with gates. Wore it this week for the first time, loved it. Comfortable, not constricting and feels protected. Plus as any 16 year old would say... I looked JACKED! Thanks Geoff and team as always

We ordered a medium and had to exchange it for a small. Its good to consider the sizing is probably more men's sizes, so maybe order one size down for women.

I started using this product at the beginning of last season. The product looks and feels amazing, it protects all the areas you need and does not restrict movement like so many other stealths do. This is definitely one of my favourite sync products and is well worth the purchase!

This padded top is the most comfortable one I have ever worn and it’s very durable. It is great for training and racing especially when its cold and the gates hit extra hard. For any racers that like panel hunting, this top saves the arms and upper back. Lastly, I don’t even notice it under my suit!!

Both of my boys love the impact top and we’ve already recommended to others. It is a thin and very effective extra layer of padding which allows kids to be more aggressive and enjoy the day more.
