Warranty & Repairs

We pride ourselves on producing the best quality gear that will withstand anything you throw at it.  However, if any pesky problems arise with your SYNC purchases, you can rest assured we'll do everything in our power to keep your gear working as hard as you do on and off the hill. 


We guarantee all of our products against manufacturer defect.  This means that if any defect occurs to a product that is a result of faulty manufacturing, we will happily send out a replacement ASAP.  This includes damage that does NOT occur from standard use or wear and tear. 

  • Broken zipper teeth in concentrated areas
  • Leaking insulation from the seams
  • Front closure snaps pulling out of the backing


If you don't think your damaged item falls into our warranty category, we also facilitate repairs with our very capable seamstress partner.  We make this process as easy as possible and will handle all the fuss.  All we ask of you is to simply pack the item up in a box with a prepaid label and provided repair form, and we take care of the rest!  Here are some examples of what we will send out for repair.

  • Small rips or holes
  • Snagged or loose threads
  • Burn holes
