Fit Details
Our suits are designed for a snug, aerodynamic fit and have limited vertical stretch due to the front zipper, though they will stretch horizontally with wear. Expect them to feel tight at first. If the suit feels restrictive or limits your movement, it may be too small. If it feels loose or you can easily pinch fabric on the arms or legs, consider sizing down.

What is the Race Suit made of?
SYNC Race Suits are crafted with Schoeller E3 fabric. A high-performance, breathable knit with a protective coating. It’s lightweight, wind- and water-resistant, and built to handle impact from gates and long days on the hill.
How durable is the Race Suit?
Our suits are trusted by World Cup athletes and junior racers alike. The fabric resists pilling and abrasion from gate contact, while reinforced seams and strategic paneling ensure long-lasting performance through the season.
Is this Race Suit FIS compliant?
Yes. All adult Race Suits meet current FIS regulations/comply with minimum fabric permeability requirements and include the required FIS certification label. For U16 and younger athletes, we also offer non-FIS versions designed for comfort and performance without the FIS marker.
How should the Race Suit fit?
Race Suits are designed to fit snug out of the box. They’ll stretch and mold to your body after a few wears. If you're between sizes, we recommend going by height first, as vertical stretch is limited by the zipper and cut.
Can I wash my Race Suit?
Yes! Hand wash or machine wash cold on gentle cycle, then lay flat to dry. Avoid fabric softeners and high heat to preserve the suit’s coating and stretch integrity.
We bought a size M Stellar Race Suit for our 16-year-old daughter, who is 5'6" and approximately 130lbs. The fit is perfect and incredibly comfortable for both racing and training. The suit is well constructed, with padding in all the right places.

My 12 YO is loving the Sammi race suit. We are wrapping up a week at Copper getting in some pre-season training. The suit looks so cool, but most importantly has kept him comfortable in a wide range of temps and is well padded offering piece of mind. We could have sized up a bit for length (he is 5’7”) but he is lean. Very happy with the purchase.
Great quality race suit, very cool design. Feels stretchier than my old Spyder one, more comfortable too. Would recommend sizing up. I’m 5’4” 115lbs and I wear a thin down vest and down cropped leggings underneath for extra warmth. Ordered a M. Pairs great with the 3/4 training pants.

On Thursday, December 9th, we received our order
Tiger Adult Race Suit, Black, in XL.
On the Saturday after that our 17-year-old son got to try on the suit. A suit that appealed to him in appearance, in fit and size (191 cm long and weighs about 80 kg).
The joy over the new suit did not last long, however, as after the first ride it burst in the seam at the back of the buttocks and resulted in a large hole. It was as if the fabric / seam was as perforated as a piece of paper in a dormitory block, attached image.
As this is a FIS-approved speed suit, I / we expect its seams and fabric to last for more than one test!!!

I’ve purchased 2 of these for my son. Prior we tried several others with POC’s being the best quality. These suits fit well, offer amazing padding / protection and are incredibly cut / tear resistant. The POC’s were certainly high quality, but these Sync’s are better. I don’t think there’s a better race suit on the market.

Overall very very happy with the suit.
The fit is different from other suits I've had (mostly from the waist own) , but I haven't experienced this as negative at all.
The suit is comfortable and the color is exactly the same as the pictures show you.

While we were packing up for training camp in Copper we realized Charlie had outgrown his speed suit. Ordered online and it was delayed (USP not SYNC). I called Sync as we were leaving in 2 days to go to Copper. They sent another suit overnight and told me not to worry about the other suit in the mail...just return it when we got back from Copper. Suit fit perfectly...only took a couple of training mornings to break in perfectly. Awesome quality. We stopped by Sync in Vail on his day off and picked up new training shorts, buff and hat. Really great company! Now for a great first fis season.

These race suits are the best!! They fit pretty true to size, super comfortable, and hold up well to the rigors of ski racing. Highly recommend.
We recently purchased this suit for our son. He liked his first Sync race suit so much that it took some convincing to replace it. The new suit fits him very well and he finds it as comfortable as his previous one straight out of the box. He is 5' 7" and weighs 120 pounds, so right between adult M and L. We decided to go with the M and it fits him well with his base layer top, back pad, and cut-resistant pants (size S).
I'm 5'10", 207 lbs and a stocky male. The XL fits beautifully and the blue plaid is unique and attention getting! Ginny rules! RCS is a Fashion Plate!
