The SYNC Team is made up of a select group of driven junior athletes from across North America. Each year, SYNC proudly supports a small roster of U16-U21 athletes who embody excellence both on and off the hill.
More than just fast skiing, the SYNC Team is about growth, connection, and supporting athletes as they navigate the challenges of competitive ski racing.
SYNC Team athletes represent some of the most promising talent in the sport, bringing together returning athletes and new faces who share a commitment to improvement, resilience, and teamwork.
Beyond competition, these athletes play an important role in shaping the future of SYNC gear. Through testing, feedback, and real-world experience, they help us push the limits of performance and continue building high-performance ski gear and apparel designed by athletes, for athletes.
