One sharp edge is all it takes. Ski edges are sharper than ever, and a cut can end a season or career in an instant. That’s why FIS now requires cut-resistant protection, and why we raised the bar on ours.
The Elite Cut Resistant Base Layer is our most protective base layer yet, rated 3 stars under the FIS-DITF 2021 standard. That’s a full star higher than our previous version, and it meets the FIS requirement. It covers you from hip to boot in a breathable stretch knit that moves like a warm base layer, not armor.
You wouldn’t race without a helmet. Don’t race without the Cut Resistant Base Layer.
