Sync quality and CS

Truly astonished by how mediocre syncs CS and quality are. With every purchase I’ve made from them in the last year something has gone wrong or been of substandard quality. I want to support fellow ski racers so badly, but every interaction with sync has left a bad taste in my mouth.
