At Home Dryland: Eccentric Hamstrings

The hamstring muscle has an image problem. It’s a tough muscle to see when we look in the mirror and is often taken for granted.

Awesome Pack for ski racing

I looked extensively for a ski racing backpack for my son and finally decided to go with this one! I could not be happier with it! Has room for all of his gear, is durable and compact. Would highly recommend!

Great Stool

Very comfortable, solid and light weight as described

No more bruises

Mandatory ski gates gear. Much more confidence now as I know that I'm not going to be black and blue after skiing gates. My only suggestion is that some kind of flap-over padding (possibly neoprene) be over the zipper. When it is all the way zipped up, at least on me, it digs into my neck a bit. If I unzip it a little so as not to dig into me, it inevitably unzips all the way down. I always wear a 2XL, this is super tight. It feels like a size down from what I'm normally used to. I would still recommend it. I've loved it. It is not only protective but also insulatory. You won't need that extra base layer when you're wearing this piece.

Palmer Stealth Padded Top

Awesome Jacket

This jacket is one of my favorites. It's nice, light, and super warm all at the same time. I've recommended this jacket to other coaches and they simply love everything about. Everything from this company has been great and I'll always continue to let people know that!
